We are in the process of changing our Online Bill Pay System from Payment Service Network (PSN) to "Paystation", therefore effective May 1, 2019, we will no longer be affiliated with PSN.  This change will require all customers to re-register online by May 1, 2019.  This can be done by logging on through our website, www.ruralwater2.com, and clicking on the bill payment tab and then clicking on the "Paystation" tab.
