In response to the COVID-19, our lobby is closed to the general public until further notice. You may pay your bill by using our drop off slot located on the south side of our office building located at 9077 US Hwy 70, Mead, OK. or use one of the bill pay options below.
Online Bill Payment Through Paystation
Our Online Bill Payment Service through Paystation, allows you the convenience of paying your utility bill online. You can now pay our bill 24/7. We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover, and American Express. Have your account number handy. Just click the green "PAY YOUR BILL NOW" button to the right or at the bottom of this page to get started. Automatic Bank Draft
The worry-free way to pay your water bill. With this service, the amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your bank account on the 10th of each month and credited to your utility account. There is no set-up fee or charge associated with this method of payment. To set up Automated Bank Draft, simply print out and complete the Automatic Bank Draft Form located at the bottom of this page and drop it off or mail it to our office, along with a voided check. Payment By Mail
If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment stub. Payments must be postmarked on or before the 10th in order to avoid late fees.
First United Bank accepts our water payments as long as the customer has their bill. Take your bill to any First United Bank and they will process the payment and send us a copy for posting.
Payment Drop-off Location
You may pay your bill in person at our office address, 9077 US Hwy 70, Mead, OK. We accept check, money orders and cash. If you are paying in cash, we do ask that you have the exact amount. No change will be given. Any over payment will be credited to your account.
All water bills are due by midnight on the 10th of every month in order to avoid late fees. Any unpaid late fees will be applied to the following month's bill. Bills that are not paid in full on or before the 20th of each month will be disconnected for non-payment and a $50.00 Disconnect Fee will be added to the account.
