AD FOR BOARD MEMBER

Bryan Co. Rural Water District #2 has a seven (7) member Board of Directors, which oversees all operations of the District.  Three (3) of these Seven (7) Directors’ Jerry L. Lewis, Brett Butlan and John Hoefer, terms have expired.  All have volunteered to serve another term, if re-elected.  If interested in volunteering to serve on our Board, you must submit application to the Water District Office between 8:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M., Monday thru Friday by 4:00 P.M. on October 14, 2024.  Applications may also be dropped in our night drop located on the south side of our office building.  Board Member Applications are available on our website and in our office.  Blank applications can also be emailed upon request.  Applicants must be members of Rural Water District #2 and water bills must be current.  If elected, you must be willing to serve a 3-year term, attend at least one meeting per month and attend 6 hours of training within the first year.  If any other applications are received, voting will be held at the Rural Water District #2 Office located at 9077 U.S. 70, Mead, OK 73449 on Monday, November 11, 2024 starting at 9:30 A.M. with Polls closing at 4:30 P.M.
